无锡美业机械制造有限公司（江苏鼎美汽车零部件有限公司）具有近五十年的生产历史，生产产品畅销全国各地和海外市场，深受广大用户的欢迎。无锡美业（江苏鼎美）位于风景秀丽的太湖之滨，紧靠312国道、沪宁高速公路、新长铁路和锡宜高速公路，交通便捷，地理位置优越。

公司创建于1976年，现已发展成为拥有4家全资公司和3家股份分公司的小型集团企业，各子公司各有特色；集家电配件、汽车配件、光伏组件、通讯器材的零部件加工、各类冷冲模具设计、制造以及自动线的设计和制造于一体。美业机械拥有职工200余人，注册资金2500万元，占地面积18800平方米。2023年度销售额约1.4亿元。江苏鼎美拥有职工近100名，注册资金1050万元，年销售额约1亿元。

主要加工设备有：60T至800T冲床。100T至630T油压机、电脉冲、数控车床、加工中心(CNC)、折弯机、焊接设备，数控铣床，镭射切割机，数控折弯机。检测检验设备有：万能工具显微镜，英国产涂层测厚仪，三座标测量仪、硬度机、拉力机等并建有计量室，配备具有专业资质的计量管理员。并自备运输车辆，有力地确保了按时交付。近50年来，公司在模具设计、制造、金属板材冲压、成型、焊接以及自动线的研究等方面积累了丰富的经验。主要合作伙伴有潍柴集团，博世汽车，威孚集团，韩国世钟集团，威巴克集团，康明斯，无锡松下冷机有限公司，博西华制冷有限公司，广岛技术南京汽车部件有限公司，无锡市广润金属制品有限公司,日照国峤汽车零部件有限公司等知名企业。拥有IATF16949管理体系证书以及ISO14001环境管理体系证书。

我集团拥有技术人员35名，涵括工艺开发、模具工装设计、工艺设计、模具工装制造维护等人员。模具设计制造周期25天~45天。

WUXI MEIYE ENGINE MANUFACTURE CO., LTD.（JIANGSU DINGMEI AUTOMOTIVE PARTS CO.,LTD.）has a production history of nearly fifty years, our products are sold well all over the country and overseas markets, and are highly welcomed by a wide range of users. Wuxi Meiye (Jiangsu Dingmei) is located on the scenic shore of Taihu Lake, close to National Highway 312, Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, Xinyi-Changxing Railway, and Xiyi Expressway, enjoying convenient transportation and a superior geographical location.

The company was founded in 1976 and has now developed into a small group enterprise with 4 wholly-owned companies and 3 joint-stock subsidiaries, each with its own characteristics. It integrates the processing of home appliance accessories, automotive parts, photovoltaic modules, and communication equipment components, as well as the design and manufacture of various cold stamping molds and automatic lines. Meiye has more than 200 employees, a registered capital of 25 million yuan, and covers an area of 18,800 square meters. Its annual sales in 2023 were approximately 140 million yuan. Jiangsu Dingmei has nearly 100 employees, a registered capital of 10.5 million yuan, and annual sales of approximately 100 million yuan.

The main processing equipment includes: 60T to 800T punch presses, 100T to 630T hydraulic presses, electric pulse machines, CNC lathes, machining centers (CNC), bending machines, welding equipment, CNC milling machines, laser cutting machines, and CNC bending machines. The testing and inspection equipment includes: universal tool microscopes, coating thickness gauges made in the UK, CMM, hardness testers, tensile testing machines, etc. A metrology room is also established, equipped with professionally qualified metrology administrators. Self-owned transportation vehicles are also available, effectively ensuring timely delivery. Over the past 50 years, the company has accumulated rich experience in mold design, manufacturing, sheet metal stamping, forming, welding, and research on automatic lines. Its main partners include well-known enterprises such as Weichai Group, Bosch Automotive, Weifu Group, South Korea's Sejong Group, Vibracoustic Group, Cummins, Wuxi Panasonic Refrigeration Co., Ltd., BSH Home Appliances Co., Ltd., Hiroshima Technology Nanjing Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Wuxi Guangrun Metal Products Co., Ltd., and Rizhao Guojiao Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Our group has 35 technical personnel, including those specialized in process development, mold tooling design, process design, and mold tooling manufacturing and maintenance. The mold design and manufacturing cycle ranges from 25 to 45 days.
